Quality control laboratory

Our laboratory carries out technical inspection of equipment and steel structures by non-destructive testing, weld quality control and incoming metal inspection.

1. Non-destructive testing of hydraulic equipment: runner blades, turbine and generator bearings, generator and turbine shafts, penstocks, stoplog gates, process water pipelines
2. Non-destructive testing of steel structures of lifting equipment (overhead, gantry and truck cranes)
3. Non-destructive testing of pressure vessels (air and hydrogen receivers)
4. Non-destructive testing of vertical and horizontal steel tanks (RVS, RGS)
5. Non-destructive testing of steel structures: trusses, columns, supports
6. Non-destructive testing of the metal of steam and hot-water boilers and thermal-mechanical equipment
7. Quality control of welded joints of pipelines
8. Quality control of welded joints of steel structures — during manufacture, during installation and after installation
9. Quality control of welded joints of industrial boilers — during manufacture, during installation and after installation
10. Incoming inspection of metal, equipment and parts (valve bodies, forgings and castings)
